FAQ

Do you work alone or with an assistant?

For photography bookings i come alone (except if the guest list is over 200, then a second shooter is usually hired for an extra fee).
Do you arrange a meeting before the wedding?

Yes we are in the same area we can definitely grab a coffee ! If not we can call and facetime.
What happens if you have an emergency and can’t attend?

Another photographer will be sent. They will shoot your wedding and i will still take care of the selection et editing.
Will you work discreetly during the ceremony?

Yes, i always do my best to be as discrete as possible !
How long does it take to receive our photos and how will we get them ?

It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks max to get your gallery ! Photos will all be retouched and HD. You will get an online gallery as well as a thumb drive in a gift package.
Will you use our photos on your website or social media? What if we don't agree ?

Yes i had have the rights to use your photos on my socials and website as i make my clients sign an agreement about it. If you no not wish for your photos to be diffused you will have to pay an extra fee of 200 euros.
What happens if we need to change the date?

You can change the date as long as i am free on the chosen date. If you wish to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.
Do you have a backup plan in case of equipment failure?

All my weddings are shot with a double recording SD cards ( that means they get recorded on two SD cards at the same time, so if one fails, i have a backup). They then get transferred on two different drives.
Are travel fees included in your pricing?

For couples getting married in the Gard or Gironde area travels fees are included. For other locations fees will be added accordingly.
What are your refund terms and conditions?

Upon confirming your attendance by submitting a deposit payment for our workshop, the investment becomes non-refundable, unless cancelation from our part, as per our Terms & Conditions.
Do you require a deposit to secure the date?

Yes i charge 30% for deposit
Can we customise a package to fit our needs?

Yes of course ! The packages listed on my websites are suggestive, if they do not fit you, we can customise it.
